This policy applies to all employees, partners, clients, and stakeholders involved with the organisation, as well as all organisational activities and communications.
Focusing on practical, fair and measurable outcomes, this policy emphasises effective diversity initiatives without adherence to politically charged movements.
The policy will be reviewed annually and updated as required to remain aligned with best practices and organisational growth. Feedback loops will be integral to this process.
